Hello, I'm Amy, the founder of Oversoul Healing and the Oversoul Studio.
I'm also a single mama, a deeply compassionate and heart led woman, an animal lover (I'm also a pet sitter) and a wildly free spirit. I'm a Gemini sun and Cancer rising, I love diversity in my life, travel and lots of deep conversations and connections.
I started Oversoul Healing 5 years ago as a space to offer the modalities which were having such a positive impact on my life at the time as I was navigating some challenging physical and mental health issues including cancer, separation, rediscovering my identity after having a child and chronic anxiety amongst other things!
I began to study meditation and I learnt Reiki to help me on a personal level but I absolutely fell in love with both and wanted others to experience the benefits I was so I began running guided Meditation and sound healing classes and offering Reiki sessions after completing my Reiki level 2 training... fast forward 5 years and here I am now a Certified Usui Reiki Master teaching levels 1, 2 & 3 myself, a Reiki, Inherited Release Method and Intuitive energy practitioner, a 250hr Certified yoga teacher and more!
I am passionate about helping people strengthen their intuition and sense of self first and foremost and then to find balance, peace and freedom in their lives by overcoming mental and physical health challenges and restrictions and ultimately discovering (remembering) their true purpose in life.
If you haven't had a session or a class with me yet, I can't wait to welcome you into this space and if our paths have already crossed, I can't wait to see you again!
Much love,
Amy xo

Hello, I’m Brooke! I’m a yoga teacher, First Moon Circle facilitator, aunty, best friend, sister, and daughter. I love the ocean, I love to travel, and I’ll forever be a devoted student of life and yoga.
My teachings are rooted in ancient philosophy, embodied anatomy, self-love, and self-acceptance, and I love sharing my passionate spark with my students!
I studied my 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sara Evans from Bloom Yoga Room, a beautiful, feminine-led studio in Kingsley, Perth. That year-long journey changed my life. I was lovingly invited to observe myself and come face-to-face with the parts of me that had kept me safe and comfortable... but were also preventing me from living a beautiful, meaningful life. It gave me the courage to begin again, and the tools I learned kept me grounded through the rough moments: the pain, the self-doubt, and the discomfort of change.
Since then, I’ve followed my curiosity around the world. I moved to Bali to deepen my studies in Yogic Philosophy and later lived in Sri Lanka, where I taught yoga at an incredible surf and yoga retreat. I went from corporate boss to travelling yoga teacher in just a few years and I love sharing the practices that helped guide me along the way.
Whether I’m teaching yoga, holding a First Moon Circle, or running a workshop, I bring a supportive, passionate, and empowering energy to the space. My intention is always the same: that my students leave with a spark - something that will help them and stays with them long after they have rolled up their mat. Something that encourages them to dig a little deeper and gently open to this wonderful experience of life!

Hello, I’m Bec
My own personal journey has shaped my perception of health and healing and led my passion for learning traditional healing practices.
With over 25 years of experience in the natural health field, I am a qualified Naturopath, Kinesiologist, and Spinal Flow Practitioner, among other modalities, including Emotional Release Technique (ERT).
As an integrated health practitioner, I offer individualized and intuitive healing that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit.
I am committed to creating a safe space and supporting women in reconnecting with their true selves. Together, we will unwind years of accumulated stress, anxiety, trauma, and societal conditioning and unconscious beliefs allowing you to rediscover your passion, happiness, inner tranquility, and allow you to achieve your highest potential.
My healing sessions aim to empower and activate your body’s innate healing wisdom, guiding you towards living each day with joy, love and presence.
If you're ready to embark on your healing journey or would like added support in your current healing, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
As a business owner, wife, mother, and a Labrador fur-mum I understand the stressors of everyday life and I am a true believer in bringing balance and ease into your world every day.
Bec xx

Hi, I'm Suzy.
I'm a PACFA accredited counsellor and Gestalt psychotherapist who offers a grounded, compassionate space for people to explore their inner worlds and life challenges.
My five years of psychotherapy training and many years of my own personal therapy have shaped my capacity to hold space with empathy, insight, and humility. I know first-hand the courage it takes to engage in this work, and I aim to offer both support and gentle challenges—encouraging clients to grow beyond old patterns while feeling safely held. My experience as a yoga teacher also informs my work, and I incorporate somatic practices as well as talk therapy.
My core training comes from process-oriented psychology and Gestalt therapy, where challenges and disturbances in our lives are seen as an invitation to more wholeness, if we can be curious enough to explore them. I also draw from the modalities of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian psychology & existential therapy, working with the many parts of the self & the unconscious as doorways to healing and integration.
I bring a global and systemic lens to my work, recognising that we are shaped not only by personal histories, but also by the wider relational systems we’re part of—including culture, community, and the natural world. I am particularly attuned to the impact of world events such as the environmental crisis and social justice issues, and I hold space for the complex emotions and questions these can evoke.
My job as a therapist is to join you on a journey of peeling back the layers, helping you make sense of what you discover on the way, as you find your way back to your deepest and most authentic self.

I have recently returned to Fremantle after travelling for the past two years, mainly in India, where much of my time was spent learning and deepening my knowledge and practice of yoga and healing.
I started to practice yoga during a time where I was sufferring with heavy mental and physical illness, and although I did not know much about yoga beyond the asana at that time, I could feel the profound effects that the practice was having on my wellbeing. This led me to India, where my first month there in 2023 was spent in an ashram to undertake a 200h yoga teacher training. Since then, for the past two years I have continued in deepening my practices and knowledge, which led me to undertake other trainings such as the 300h YTT in April and a Yin Yoga training. Beyond these trainings, I have learnt so much from the guidance of many incredible teachers that I have been blessed to have met.
My travels also took me to Nepal, where I came across the ancient healing practice of the tibetan sound bowls and opened up a whole new avenue of holistic healing. This led me to learn this ancient practice from my beautiful Nepali teacher Maya.
I am now so excited to share these practices and modalities of healing, all while paying respects to the ancient traditions and lineage from the countries in which they originate from. Sharing these practices is where I feel my spiritual path has led me to, and I am eternally grateful.
We all have the innate capability to tap
into the deep wisdom of our bodies to heal, as we remember that we are one with nature. In offerring these healing vibrations and practices of yoga, I hope to serve the spiritual awakening, healing and unconditional love that lies within each and every one of us.
